Understanding inputs
Start with the fictional example, then replace only the values you can define. A precise value may still be an assumption. Record the period, unit, and document or report that supports it. Leave unknowns visible instead of filling them with confidence.
Understanding results
Read the plain-language explanation before the detailed table. Keep clinical compensation, ownership return, debt, reserve, owner time, and future value separate. A modeled result organizes questions; it is not a valuation, forecast, loan approval, legal conclusion, or recommendation.
Safety checks
A safety check that must pass on its own cannot be offset by a good score or attractive price somewhere else. For each open check, identify how well it is documented, who should review it, the next record needed, and the condition that means pause, renegotiate, redesign, or walk away.
Saving and reopening work
DenQAI does not create an account for these public workbenches. Download a saveable DenQAI project file to your device. When reopened, DenQAI validates the file and recalculates the result. The file is not a backup, cloud project, shared workspace, or permission system.
Excel workbooks and raw CSV
Use the Excel decision workbook when you want a readable package with instructions, inputs, results, safety checks, questions, and definitions. Use raw CSV only when an adviser or software process needs structured data. Opening a CSV in Excel does not make it a designed workbook.
Privacy and permitted data
Use aggregate or coded information. Do not enter patient records, protected health information, employee files, passwords, credentials, full payer contracts, unredacted transaction documents, or information you are not permitted to use. Local processing does not establish permission to share a file.
Preparing professional review
Use DenQAI to organize the question and missing records, then give the readable summary and appropriate workbook to the relevant reviewer. A dental CPA, attorney, lender, clinician, construction professional, payer specialist, or security adviser has a different role. No one adviser should be treated as qualified to answer every question.
